(The Lawyers Who Comprise Margolis & Margolis Bar Defense)
Discuss Why You Are In More Trouble Than You Realize
ARTHUR: When the California State Bar comes after you, they presume you are guilty.
SUSAN: The Bar begins an investigation on one matter and uses that investigation to dig for more matters, more issues they can hold against you.
ARTHUR: It doesn't matter if you acted out of good intentions or bad, or whether you knowingly committed a violation, because unwitting "technical violations" are fully punishable by fines, jail, and disbarment.
SUSAN: When the California State Bar comes after you, you need dedicated 24/7 Bar Defense Lawyers, and you need those Lawyers immediately.
ARTHUR: Understand, the California State Bar has full-time investigators and prosecutors, and your case will go before a full-time Bar Court and a Bar Judge who hears only cases of charges against lawyers.
SUSAN: Bar Court is an Administrative Law Court and its rules are arcane, byzantine, and one-sided. Bar Court lives in the same building as the Bar Offices, which is why you've likely never encountered it.
ARTHUR: You need Bar Defense Lawyers who practice only in this court system and know these Investigators and these Prosecutors and these Judges.
SUSAN: This is all we do and all we have done for decades. Why? Because we like to even the playing field for our clients in a system we don't much like.
ARTHUR: And because we do like being the expert best at something.
SUSAN: Our fees are reasonable, initial consultation and conflict-check is free, we pride ourselves on being accessible day and night throughout your case, and our reputation is based on the constantly positive referrals our previous clients give us.
ARTHUR: If you are reading this you don't need a friend, you need Bar Defense Lawyers who know what to do.
SUSAN: Contact us, and thanks.
If you would like to discuss your situation, feel free to call.
Initial consultation free of charge.
